She was born on 18 August, 1958 in Krichev (Republic of Belarus).
In 1976 graduated from the Minsk Finance and Economics College and in 1982 from Belarusian State Natural Economy Institute. She was qualified as an economist.
From 1976 till 1995 she was working in the financial system. Since 1995 she has been involved with the financial market.

100% owned by the Republic of Belarus represented by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus.

1. servicing issues, registered by the authorities in accordance with the legal regulations of the Republic of Belarus, and allocating identification numbers to every issue;
2. controlling total number of securities of each issuer safekept at the Central Depository and recorded in the depository system, including securities in state ownership;
3. correspondent accounts management;
4. maintenance of depository system reference books and catalogs;
5. regulations of depository system functioning;
6. settlement of trades between parties that holds accounts in different depositories through securities transfer via interdepository links;
7. ensuring depositories cooperation;
8. ensuring safe and reliable functioning  of depository system;
9. controlling depositories’ activities;
10. developing methodological basis for depository activities in the Republic of Belarus in agreement with the authorized bodies;
11. provision of consultation and methodological services to depository organizations.

RCSD is a member of the Association of Eurasian Central Securities Depositories (AECSD).

The Republican Unitarian Enterprise "The Republican Central Securities Depository" (Belarus) became the National Numbering Agency of the Republic of Belarus, and now RUE “RCSD” is the only responsible entity for ISIN and CFI codes allocation to the securities of Belarusian issuers.

The Republican Unitary Enterprise “The Republican Central Securities Depository” (Republic of Belarus) signed an agreement of correspondent relations with following non-residents: Closed Joint-Stock Company “The National Depository Center” (Russian Federation), Closed Joint-Stock Company “Depository Clearing Company” (Russian Federation), Opened Joint-Stock Company “INFINITUM” (Russian Federation), Opened Joint-Stock Company “SEB Bank” (Russian Federation).
